Advance Vauxhall Maidenhead

Advance Vauxhall Maidenhead were really helpful and I'd recommend them because i have had my car serviced with them for years & always have been satisfied.

Had good previous experiences with advance Vauxhall Maidenhead however this time took my car in for 8am, my car took 4.30 hours for a standard MOT and service with no additional work needed doing. Have been before and only taken maximum 2.30 hours. Was not kept up to date I had to ring the branch to find out what was going on

My experience at Advance Vauxhall Maidenhead could have been better because firstly I booked my car in for a service online. When I got to the Maidenhead Vauxhall service centre, they had no record of my service. I wanted the petrol consumption looked at, however there was not enough time to look into this. I did point out that it wasn’t my fault that you have no record of my service. In the end I told them not to bother, I was getting nowhere. I was told the service/MOT would take longer because they had to fit my car in, this was not my issue.

My experience at Advance Vauxhall Maidenhead was positive because my service was completed satisfactorily, and staff showed great humour and resilience as numbers were well down that day.
